What a quaint little silver sewing thimble. Symbols with glass caps are very hard to find especially intact but one with purple glass is even rarer as it was not a color that was regularly made. Some people refer to this class as amethyst glass. The enamel around the thimble is beautifully intact with cute little roses and a beautiful blue background. This is a collectable that can be used for years to come! Please look closely at all the photos as this is a antique item and its condition reflects that.
